Mike? Michael? Mikey? 

I love thinking strategically and learning how to best leverage communication platforms that are constantly evolving. We truly don't have control over channels owned by others, but WE DO have control over understanding those channels, how our messages travel through each, and the opportunity to optimize our plan of attack.

A mix of experience ranging from working in small advertising agencies to big ad agencies, client-side to freelance, on a 10 person social team to the 1-person team of my own, amongst for-profits and non-profits make up my background.

Managed social media for many different verticals: Auto, finance, healthcare, education, action sports, and non-profit.

I balance career with other passions along the lines of international travel, tattoos, and writing. You will also find me in the water when there are waves to be surfed! Or in any wave pool I can get to if it's flat...
